The following rules for BCIC Startup Award-Emerging Stars 2023 will be strictly followed
- Only eligible organizations may apply, through duly authorized representatives
- There is no Entry Fee
- Shortlisted organizations will be invited to present to a select panel of experts (Jury) - refer schedule
- Based on Jury evaluation, the award winners for year 2023 shall be selected
- All awardees will be publicly recognized though an awards function (date to be notified), and will be profiled on the BCIC website, Social Media, Press release
- Acceptance or rejection of applications is at the sole discretion of BCIC
- The information and declarations provided in the application form or in presentations/representations to the jury, if found to be incomplete, false or misleading will result in disqualification of the applicant
- All applicants agree that the decision of the Jury and/or BCIC is final, and cannot be challenged in any forum, court, tribunal or the like
